Perhaps like you, I value the western (allopathic) medicine model. It's great at diagnosing and treating trauma (I want a medical doctor in my corner if I'm in a car wreck), but at times not-so-good at treating root causes of illness. When it came time to understand my own GI issues, I knew I wanted to treat it holistically but the lack of providers that understood not only the solid science of allopathic medicine but also a variation of holistic modalities was a challenge. That is when I decided the gap needed to be filled.

My formal nurse practicioner training has provided me the expertise to understand your condition from an allopathic medicine perspective, how it is diagnosed and generally how it is treated by a medical doctor. With this knowledge and my years of training and research in the holistic health modalities we work together to give you the power to heal yourself.
